We appear to have solved this problem, and your missing players should have returned to your roster. If you still have problems, please let us know.

Hello,

All players from my roaster disapeared. Is it possible to check what happened?

Or please, give me instructions to the rigth place to request this checklist.

I see them on your roster, so I assume that they have returned for you as well. Let me know if this isn't true.
