1st loss of the season vs Nigeria in OT: (59606)
I made a mistake. I thought a 3-2 zone would have been enough but I should have used GDP too.
Last game of the 1st round next Monday.

Not a big deal. Nigeria's coach has not saved enthusiasm so far and may lose some games in the 2nd round. Let's go!

An easy 108-80 win to end the 1st round: (59611).
MVP of the game: Gatsha Mahlangu who didn't miss any shot and scored 34 pts in 27 minutes!
To be honest the loss to Nigeria still annoys me...
We'll start the 2nd round with a 4-1 record like Senegal and Nigeria.
I think we can compete for the gold. As often game shapes will be the key!

Wow, not missing and scoring 34 points is very impressive, especially for a guard!

You'll get your change at revenge moving forward! (It's funny how the U21 team lost to Nigeria by 2 last season as well in a game that I felt we should've won...)

Those last 3 weeks in this round will be interesting since it's Senegal vs Nigeria then South Africa vs Nigeria then Senegal vs. South Africa. At least Senegal and Nigeria play each other first. Good luck!

We started the 2nd round with a 93-86 win over Ghana: (60193).
MVP of the game: Montsho Mthebe, coming off the bench, with 16 pts (7/9) - 4 rbs - 2 blks in 14 minutes.
Next game we'll play Tunisia that we beat 117-92 in the 1st round.
