Training is done throughout the whole week

Not true. Training is only done on the Friday update. If you train IS for 6 1/2 days and change just before the training update to JS, it would be as if you had trained JS all week.

I think you'd do better training freethrows, it pops fast and will give you a boost for the game. I wouldn't train form unless your best players are at lower game shape.

I've trained Game Shape once in 22 1/2 real life months of playing BB, and that's because I played 2 OT in one league game and OT in the other the week before the playoffs started.

I'd only recommend it in rare situations, and absolutely not anytime soon.
