I thought I was going to teach the world to sing, in perfect harmony.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

I searched on google and the first website i found has the list of the timezonse and the exact dates in which daylight saving times start and end everywhere in the world, and also when they will start next year.

http://www.worldtimezone.com/daylight.htm

I believe this is something that is decided in very big advance, so it shouldn't be a problem to set it up once per year.

I agree that its possible.. but we'd need to build the database with that data.. build an interface for that database so you could set your timezone in your profile, then change the time code to read out that data from the database, and setup a way to maintain that database (GM tool maybe?)... all very doable things.. they just require man hours of development that we are running short on right now, and in the grand scope of things it hasn't been the top priority. I keep meaning to look into the quick fix i came up with but haven't found the time.. maybe this weekend in between getting the all star game working..

ok fine. i think setting everything to the same server time is a good solution.

Cause here is a proof that the clock based on pc thing DOES NOT WORK properly.

http://www.raonne.com/buzzerbeater/clock.JPG

(you can see there that my PC time was 4 am and buzzer was giving me GMT time 2 am)

i'll put my owm 100kg in favor of the "leave it alone" solution if it is any use.
as it is now (i play in the italian league but i am currently abroad for work) it's a serious mess as it tries to match my local time with the general italian settings.

please, leave it alone...
