Training depends on multiple factors: trainer level, age, height and potential of the trained players, as well as their skill configuration.
you forgot the most important one like the thread opener, the minutes* lucks weird in the season braeak - so i won't say they all have big subs maybe one of those guys who get there 48 minutes has ;)
* 48 minutes should be the target with less minutes you lose more then 1/48 of training for each minute who is missing, i normally try to give my trainees 44+ minute, because i don't waste a training space to rescue the minutes like others does.
