Those are interesting examples but I'm not sure they prove anything. We don't know the physicality of the players used in this game, for example. Also, fouls tend to happen more on inside play than anything else. So if a team is taking more inside shots, they'll tend to draw more fouls.
How about my NT player as an example?
(2931215) He has averaged, over the course of his career, 1.5 PFs. Whenever he plays for the NT he always seems to take at least 4 PFs, though.
Here are what I consider possible contributors to fouls. Feel free to discuss:
-hidden physicality skill
-home court
-type of offense (inside play draws more fouls)
-inside d
-outside d (to a much lesser extent, I think)
-driving
-quality of the shot
-attitude (I'm not sure about this one, but have seen weird things happen in a TIE vs CT)
