That was confusing, then. It shows a neutral arena now as the court, but when we played I saw my home court design.

Yeah, I saw the same. Even last night when I made my post, the box score was showing Melon Court with the (neutral site) next to it.

Well anyways, good game! I realized planning for the game you straight up have the better team and I was pretty boned. Tried to swing for the fence with GDP but that didn't work out much.

I love it when BB adds new stats and one in particular from this new batch stood out; the all-time wins per season in the NBBA. I'm not including this season which will obviously change the stats, but in order for Eugene to drop to second in this list he'd need to go winless not just once, but for two seasons. His consistency is phenomenal (can pop to colossal with another good season or two).

1 Eugene Register-Guard 17.14 14 seasons total
2 Chicago Bulls 15.06 17 seasons total
3 Ice Storm BC 14.64 14 seasons total
4 King Drive Ballers 14.38 21 seasons total
5 High Point Heroes 14.33 12 seasons total

that's kinda neat, from my perspective, but gotta remember people achieve what is measured. i wonder what would turn up if there was a measure of "national team players trained" -- i certainly would not be on that list!

i am lucky 'cause many managers don't have the patience with managing decline -- i hope Coach Shnuffy and Bob hold to their word and tank next season! -- and notice i rank low on the trophy list, and none of my teams would be on the all-time greatest list (unlike some KDB or Upsyndrome squads).

indeed, my only goal now is chasing the Bulls, sorta the opposite of Pamplona. i can't see another five seasons in the NBBA to catch KDB.

FWIW, i think the playoffs in the Big 8 should be very competitive. Both the Dogs and Irvine are scary, even if they will be on the road, and they will have a week to prepare after the Cup. HCA is a great thing to have, and Bananahorn's road to the finals looks to be a bit easier, giving him an advantage in ENTH, so it appears Coach Shnuffy is perched in the captain's seat.

does adding a 33yo qualify as a youth movement for your squad?
That's their new ballboy. Seriously, you think Hassan would put someone that inexperienced on the court?

I found that list interesting in seeing that many of the newer NBBA teams are from season 19, but none from after that season yet. The takeaway being that these days it takes well managed teams 20 seasons to get to the top league in this game. Which is 5 literal years.
