Fact is that BB is currently at its worst point considering the absurd Player prices and the low usercount that makes it super difficult to catch up.

One could think that the current Plan is to kill the Game As fast As possible.

Plenty of team in Utopia are training. If you focus only on the top 40 teams, sure they aimed for immediate success and often went with older players, but those who stayed behind in lower leagues are training, either for their success or for their home nation.

Particularly the home grown Utopian teams.
Doesn't matter to me that there is no NT, it is just a lot of fun to train all your players from scratch.

I think that create a U21 international league with a second FREE team tied to the principal would be a better idea. You could buy or sell players and, reaching 21, decide if let an established (by rules) number of them reach the main team, or sell them or eventually fire them.

Thats just a pipedream. We need to see small changes that can be made in the current environment, to stabilize the game.

Changes that will affect the game long term - like almost wiping out the transfer market through hyperinflation, just to force teams to train players (which won't work anyways, as those guys won't reach the market soon/at all) and reduces the chances of new teams to catch up even more, as it takes years to save up enough money to buy the players to move up the ranks (which itself is a horrible thing) - are useless.
