If we have "farm teams" or "minors" then there should be a salary limit. It would change this game drastically. I think that it would make this game better it would help. It would be nice if there were a farm team, you can chose to have one or not to have one. We could have leagues that would require salary cap limit max, for instance maybe 4000 and below in the league.

You could promote/demote players but only a certain amount of times per year for 1 player. Another thing you can train them every 2 weeks maybe because they are in the "minors" "farm team". They will become better faster which if some teams don't have as good of a trainer as someone else then it wouldn't be fair to that lesser team. But if it takes 2 weeks to train them then it would kind of balance them out in a way so that their wouldn't be as many pops so fast.

If you guys were to implement a "farm team" of "minor" I think that it would dynamically change this game and instantly make it better.

One way is to keep the NT game shape always the same for everyone, it would became an arcade thing.

Other thing that's related to the NT that hurts the game is merchandising, it helps keeping local players but the logic is just sad, other things should be taken into consideration; how long the player is in the team for example. And I bet that someday a coach won't put a rival player in the NT to hurt his economy or will play an own player in the NT to get some money. ( don't know if it happens, happened, etc.)

Today if you're in Div 1 and don't have a local NT player your chances to compete are lowered, unless you daytrade, tank, plays the game since the begining or is some kind of wizard.

What we are feeling now, is that if you ahve to break teh rule and cheat to compete, that makes it broken.

Do you really think that NTs today are made of legitimately trained players? Really?

You have right to feel whatever you like.

So do others. Their right to do so is equal to yours. You have no right to tell them how to have fun in buzzerbeater. And yes they are. "legitimately" is a useful word for dogmatics - it can be tweak the way you need it to.

You are one of the best traineres in the world.

You make high salayr but efficient players, I know it must cost some money to make them. You can use the money you get selling them (and you find good buyers for your NT too!) to afford cost to train next guy...

but if you promoted to DIII,II or I you get more TV, more arena etc. that should make even easier, you can still train, you wont lose anything in training to go ahead and win a game or two...It just might require signing on more regular etc. and take more time signed into your team which has team name 'farm'

Seriously, why not compete in normal games normally, why ONLY train players??

Because I can. I am just fooling around, I don't like doing things halfway so i would only compete seriously (which I have no desire or time to anymore) or quit being competitive on club level. I particularly disliked the need to work the market not to lose ground which is very time consuming process, depending on a team needs. Normally, users like me just quit, but I stuck around eventually falling downwards in the league hierachy as I tried to make it fair for everybody not influencing the outcome of competitive nature of my leagues instead of winning as a priority. I have financial means to do whatever (except maybe going for B3 Iranian style) so income is not a problem - and most of the time I even avoid red numbers and would easily if i would chose so but I spend money on stuff (sic).

Oh, the name - I change the name quite often, I used to sport one poking fun at one of my opponents till we shared the same league then I change it to some thing more fitting (czech term for Old McDonald's farm) poking fun at people who take things too seriously and at Robespierres of this game telling people what they can and what they cannot. I have fun supporting local national teams by helping with development of premium talents. It is as legitimate as you can get. I would have fun supporting dwarf national team as well, but I can't draft those players and as I said I hate having to actively hunt down players on transer list. Cheers .-)

no he is saying that you don't have to ruin the fun for people, to get rid of a small minority of trained players.

When i would just read your post, you get the feeling 99% of all NT player would be created by second team who are just created for this purpose.
