Your only choices for rebounding training are: Rebounding-C/PF and Rebounding-Team.

His player is due to pop in ID and SB with an 8th week of rebounding training.

I'm wondering if you know training P will affect H and Dv, would it not be better to train:

week 1:P
week 2: Dv
week 3: H
week 4:P

I mean, isn't it possible to see more pops that way instead of

1:P
2:P
3:P
4:P

in four weeks of rotated training as you illustrated, you can expect your PG to pop once in passing, handling and driving.

in four weeks of P only training, you can expect you PG to pop twice in passing and up his driving and handling halfway to popping.

assuming your player get 48 minutes and is young and short. Also that the training is PG only or PG/SG in the case of 1on1 training.

Okay, but if you trained P for four weeks, when would you see the pops? weeks 1 and 3? or 2 and 4? If that's so, then every week of training P you roughly add .5P to your PG right?

And if your H and Dv were "halfway" that would me they get a .125 increase per week of P training right?

So then training P twice and Dv and H once, as I illustrated above, they would all slightly impact each other, so you could end up with 1 pop in P with .25P, and .875 in H and Dv?

more or less, yes. as stated in the first post of this thread, passing training for PG only will get you 1 pop per 1.5 weeks (on the average). i was just rounding down so you could actually (with a young and short enough) player get more pops in the training program you illustrated. i would not be surprised if you actually get 2 pops in passing and a pop each in driving and handling.
