That is really great news! I'm not sure of everyone else, but as for me, I do not like much about this week. Because the majority of us are out of the NT, this is a tough very inactive week. The All Star game, played with Lord knows what GE, is basically a farce. There is basically no reason to watch the silly thing and neither is there a whole lot of prestige that accompanies it. So any news about the draft is good news indeed.

Alright - so I've looked at the system, which I like.

But, I will renew my question from before - what is preventing me from talking to someone else, having me use my 10 points to scout all the players. Then I give this information to someone else, and then they scout 10 players once (or the equivalent of using 10 points in some other way), and send me this information?

I still think the wording is a bit ambiguous/just plain wrong

Unscouted: Your scouts have provided a very rough estimate of the player's skills and potential based on the word on the streets. Expect this evaluation to be fairly inaccurate.

When I read that I was expecting to see ghosted balls for both rating and potential.

I mean, if they haven't actually put in a way to not allow it, then of course I'm going to. But Edju did mention something about preventative measures for this; so I'm uberly curious what they are.

Master of the obvious here, but it could be that knowing what these preventative measures are might just limit the effectiveness of the measures. Or they'll be so obvious that we'll figure it out anyways. Meh, I don't know what I'm trying to say.

So it seems your "player 1" is not the same as my "player 1," etc.

I had assumed this was true, and it seems obvious. The bigger potential collusion spot, though, is if you both do the combine scout. Because then you can match based on age/height (though there are still likely >1 per, but probably not more than 2-3, so you can at least narrow it down).
