I think BB should also (1)adjust the chance of foul; (2) let managers to choose the attitude of a player in attack and defence

As I know, each shot/ posession the defending team and the attacking team has certain % chances to foul.

Also, I think BB should let managers to choose how agressive ( or hustle) in attack and defense. (soft, medium, hard), so managers can easier to prevent players to foul out by adjusting their attitude.

Hard attitude can increase the agressiveness and performance of a player, but have more cost and stanima and more fouls, as well as turnovers.

Soft attitude can decrease the number of fouls (esp. foul rate) of a player, number of turnovers and also the cost of stanima, but he would have a poorer performance ( esp. in defense, he would let more open chances to score to the opponent)

BBs don't understand that this is a long-term strategy game. Good managers make careful long-term decisions.

You are rewarding bad managers that didn't look at agresiveness when they bought their trainees.
You are punishing good managers that took good care when they bought their trainees.

Please, can we revert to the pre-Marin game engine?
From that point, BBs have done nothing but spoil the strategic balance of the game.

This sentence doesn't make any sense, sorry mate.
There's no way to know how aggressive a rookie is. And bright prospects are, in my opinion, always worth more right after the draft than when they're 20-21-22 yo.
So you're basically saying that managers who buy aggressive rookies are stupid whatever they do, because training an aggressive player is stupid, and selling a player for less than his purchase price is stupid - or at least is a "long-term strategy mistake" (unless he's old, of course).

You only need one game. One game, zero faults and that is already a good estimation. Take two or three games for good measure.

So you're basically saying that managers who buy aggressive rookies are stupid
No, they are either careless or noobs. Or maybe the player went cheap first week after the draft and they were gambling.

One game is clearly not enough.
You need at least 5 games, and even then the sample is super small but whatever.
After 5 games rosters are mostly full (in terms of trainees), so you’re gonna sell your player at a discount.
So you’re going to make a loss because you bought an agressive player when there was absolutely no way to know it was the case before hands.

That doesn’t make you a noob in my humble opinion.

Have you done the math? Because I did.

So you did the maths and found out that one game was enough to determine the aggressiveness of a player?
Allow me to doubt.

It is perfect that you doubt if that moves you to study math.

Still waiting for an explanation though.

Even a super agressive player with 50% chance of fouling out can finish a game with 0 faults.

You just don’t carry out a decent statistical study with one single observation.
