OK, just a small note to the high of trainees:

Last year i got a 18 yo MVP, 1,85 meters. As i´m training insideskillt i decided to keep him to train him 2-3 years there, and then make him a SF. His insideskills have been around 7 to that time.
My trainer i Lev. 5.

See how slowly he improves:

RB: Pop, then 3 weeks full training - no pop.
IS: Pop, then 5 weeks 2nd and 4 weeks 1st training, allway full - then a pop!
ID: 16 weeks 2nd, 4 weeks 1st training - then a pop.
Now: 4 weeks full ID training - no pop.

To compare: The 19 yo draft, 2,03 meters from this season poped in ID every 2nd training (average - strong).

I´m very happy wehen i can take my little player outside!

then 5 weeks 2nd and 4 weeks 1st training

What is this supposed to mean, exactly?

my guess is 4 week for the 1st pop, 5 weeks for the 2nd

interesting stuff, and pretty much puts the nail in the coffin of my plan to inside train a shorter guy.

yeah... noone will know the exact influence height has on training players that have the wrong size... However, I have noticed the same issues. I have 3 super guards. One is 2-3 inches higher than what people refer to as the perfect height. He gains OD skill at average 1 week slower per skill gained than my other 2 guys... Not deadly, but still I will take height very seriously in the future when picking my trainees...

Sorry. I was training 4 weeks IS (this is what i call 1st training) and 5 weeks ID (i call this 2nd training, cause it has just a smaller impact on IS).
But amazingly long, right?

Do you think that the outside shooting training is equally fast (or slow) both for wingmen and for PG/SG positions.

as i understand going for wingman is like training one position or tlaist like training ONE on ONE so it should be faster
