Nice trainee with great potential!

You'll need to spend a season to train passing, JS and some driving. And shot blocking and stamina is an issue too.
You could concentrate on the primaries this season and do the secondaries next season, or start the secondaries now so as to not to increase his salary too much next season.

He didn't have good starting skills to start with but I snagged him from the transfer market early in the season because of his height and potential. Driving and passing is bad for player of his position so I will work on handling, driving and passing this season and next as well. In no rush to make him a contributor to my team.
