The whole Great 8 has been interesting the past few games. Battles for 1st, 3rd and regulation position, it’s been fun. The Richmond Rabbits played zone for only the second time this season Saturday night, ruining my attempt to surprise them with a reverse patient (to be fair, I’ve done that quite a bit in the last few seasons to get Maxwell some inside training}. I was hoping I could steal a win there and get into the 5 spot for relegation. Best hope now is to be the road team in the 6-6 matchup.

Yeah I ran a 3-2 on you both games last season too. But don't sell yourself short, I think you can hop over the flashers with that final game.

For sure. Telecasters never fail to amaze me, I'm sure you are just waiting for Ty to finish before putting a contending team around him.

Good news for other teams in the Big 8 is due to foul trouble my players' minutes got messed up, plus despite challenging 8 other teams I was unable to get a scrimmage lol... game shape will be decent at best heading into the playoffs :/

Sorry I haven't been active on the board this season...stuck at home with kids yelling at me most of the day while I try to work. I just want to say that this is a tough league this year. I've been in this division since Season 37, which was the last season I had a losing record (9-13). I'm likely to end up 10-12 this year but my team is MUCH better than the team back in Season 37 and is actually at the same level, in my opinion, as the teams I've had go 13-9 in this league. My team is actually a good bellwether for how strong this league is at any given point since I believe I've stayed in the 9-13 to 14-8 range over the past 13 seasons.

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!

Nice win at the end there, I've been really impressed with how consistently strong your team has been with your salary. You must be sitting on gold.

Thanks but no gold! I have 98K in the bank. I spend money on staff and in the past have spent it on my arena. I also buy well rounded players, which costs money. I tend to make 40K-100K per week, depending on the season but it all goes back to player development. The plus side is that my floor is mediocrity in Division Two. The negative is that my ceiling is basically a #2 seed in Division Two. I might get lucky one year and somehow piece together a championship here but basically I'm like the perennial 45-50 win team in the NBA. I do enjoy having my team be able to at least compete every year. You've had a hell of a season (better than I've ever had at this level) in a tough conference. Great work!
