These are my 2 players.First one was picked up a couple weeks ago second was own draftee, both were drafted at age 19. I recently sold my other trainee for 1.3Million, any ideas on how I should shape these 2? How many weeks per skill etc? (Both will get pops this week in ID, last week did not pop).

I would advise you to rotate skills, unless one of the skills are far behind. As for the first guy, I think you could make a good PF or decent C out of him, but you would need to get his HA up to inept. If you want him to be able to defend against well-rounded PFs, his OD should be at 6. His stamina may also be a problem, but you can just train that if he gets injured or when he is 22+.

The second guy could be a nicer PF/C combo with a bit more OD/HA/DR/PA. I would try to get them to 6/6/8/7. These are loose, short-term goals to shoot for, and with their potential, you can make them higher.

Based on how they line up, i'd say OD is important for both at some point not too far down the road. Big's who can play center well are pretty common place around D.III and D.IV on the US side, guys who can defend decently on the outside are not so much. Giving yourself a chance at that all around player might be worth your while.

I would advise against HA training for now, if you are unhappy with the 1 HA and it only pops once in OD, train a little Driving too.

Training 1v1 until the start of next season.

For Gogen, I am trying to make him a combo guard with a build of 12/8/13/13/14/10 11/8/6/4. That would put him a bit over the soft cap. For Mercado, I am going for the PF route, with a build of 10/4/12/12/12/10 12/13/11/5, but this build isn't set in stone. As for Boutin, I will probably sell him next season, especially if I get a good draft pick.

Well, I don't know if he'll be listed at PF, but I would want him to be able to play the position. And if I can get my pops about right, then I think I could train both of them. I would just have to make sure that I don't include the guard during certain training weeks.

how high should i push the outside skills? im planing to do some 1on1 until HA is at 10 and DR at 12 for the first guy. (makes 10/10 for the second)

I'm planing to make them my PF and C for the future. how should i thread SB (because of the change in SB next season)
