Exactly, normaly I answer to this kind of player but this time I was very busy so I forgot to do it.. sorry.

Your player is already 3-4 levels behinds the best of his generation, he'll not be strong enough at 21 years old but if you want you can always train him and send me the caracteristics when he's20 :)

Continue to train he with Thijl but focus your training only on Deseure who's my favourite SG for the 18 years old players :).

sorry but a 19 years old player must have at least 10k as salary to hope a U-21 selection.
