Point of order, why doesn't training follow the defensive role selected if a defensive skill has been chosen for training for that week? Is that particularly hard to code? Wouldn't it be more intuitive to match the training up, with offensive roles retained for 'neutral' skills like passing and rebounding?
As far as i have read all the messages from this post and the BB's oppinion, they are doing this new tool to help managers to train multiskills players for example if you have and inside SF and you wanna train him OD which nowadays is really hard to do without losing chances to win the match.
