Mate it's been 2 and a half hours since training was meant to be updated.

Be a little patient eh? BB's are working to fix it and you saying stuff like that is not going to speed up the process. Until they find out what is wrong with coding or whatever then there's nothing they can do. Would you rather it be fixed now and it happen again next week or wait a few extra hours and not have to deal with the same stuff?

tldr; Settle down.

I think there are 2 reasons why people keep getting annoyed.
1) This happens too often, if something happens once then yeah too bad these things happen, but training update is late every third week lately.
2) no communication from the BB's ... how do you know the BB's are working on it? There is no post here, nothing on the front page? If they at least acknowledge that they are aware of the problem and are actively working on it it will keep people off their back for a while.

It has only been a few hours. I know we pay money for this game but we don't really pay enough money for there to be someone at our beck-and-call all the time. If it was a day or something, fair enough, complain, but it's only been a few hours.

It's a game, guys. Relax. Do something else for a bit. Come back in a few hours :)

Hello guys...This is not a training bug...Occasionally some updates are bigger than other times, or get backed up...When this happens, it pushes everything back, including training. I am as excited to see my little green arrows as you are! This is not happening because someone forgot to push the button, its just something we have to deal with on occasion. Please be patient, the training will update soon.

I remember reading this argument from you or someone else before, and I'm sorry, but that just doesn't quite cut it in my book. Irrespective whether the BBs hold other full time jobs, this game is a business. you support it by buying supporter. I support it by clicking on an occasional ad. both amount to the same thing: we are customers, and we should be able to rely on a decent level of professionalism, which for a game run globally means some kind of manning of the site something approaching 24/7.

It boggles the mind that they would spend resources on advertising the game on the NBA website to increase their user base, when they are so evidently struggling to keep their back end operating even close to satisfactorily with the current user base. this may go some way towards explaining why those user gain figures we saw when the ads were run proved so transitory.

an occasional bug or delay? sure, no sweat. bugs and delays seemingly becoming the norm? that is a problem, and one you cannot just dismiss with a comment to the effect that the people who own the business of which you are a customer have better things to do (i.e. holding other jobs)

Nomatter what we said, all we hope is this game will be more and more populared.

I can't believe our patience is the only thing what BBs need.

Even if we didn't pay for the supporter, we should point out the fact:training system is one of the most important things in this game, and frequent delay is the bad thing esp. for the new managers in BB world.

on occasion...maybe every other week would be a better phrase to use...or Every third week you training will be on time....hahahaha
3 hours late is pretty late...my PL game starts at 9pm Japan time and three weeks ago it still wasn't fixed by then...I'm not so much worried about the pops, I'm waiting for the GS changes..If they don't change before my game...I will probably lose...Come on BB's work your magic

If you want to get your knickers in a twist, that's entirely your choice.

All online games are subject to occasional outages and problems, even multi-billion dollar companies like Blizzard/Vivendi suffer unexpected outages sometimes (and then get MILLIONS a month in subscriptions), it's just a fact of online gaming. Deal with it.
