"Ska kanske passa på att säga nu att jag är intresserad att ta över skutan i framtiden. Får börja jobba på min aktivitet i forumen med start omedelbums! "

Åh fint!
Övrigt fin analys.
Nahtmahr is now golden standard :)
Alla behöver inte vara lika bra.
Jag anser att man är manager även för sin egen spellust.
Bara man försöker sitt bästa.
Gärna fortsätta uppmuntra till rätt träning.

How do you feel about training nowadays for u21

What is the recommended route

Balance training

a) IS to 9, then ID to 9, then RB to 9, then IS to 11

b) Or IS to 14, then ID to 14, then RB to 14?

What is your approach regarding this, which one do you think would have the advantage, maybe b) because of the elastic effect?

Currently I train only defense players.

SB monsters with ID, RB and PA. In Utopia I have three such players, the fourth one is more balanced.

In my defense training, it is more approach b).

I train SB until a certain point, than switch to the next skill. Sub training (not elastic effect!) is an important point too.

SB trains RB and ID, RB trains ID. So if you are lucky, you get most of the needed ups for ID through SB and RB.

You have to check for the offensive build, which sub trainings help you.
