Since i totally screwed the minutes of 2 players by default... is there a Crosstraining (of lvl3 gym) when training gameshape?

any thoughts regarding this question? Stamina-training gives cross-ups, so does freethrow if i remember right (little experence, because of training-court, and never trained it since)
So does gameshape too?
