Ofc it doesn't make sense but I was curious. The idea behind was to chose a training that always gives you 100% effect without a trainer (saving money). That would be one of the three: free throws, stamina and game shape. You want a training that gives you 100% so that you can get MAX from the cross-training as well (max of that ~10%). So I was curious, if you are training Free Throws, does the Training court 1. increase the base training or 2. it only adds training after the base training is calculated. If it is the first option, then the cross-training should also recieve bigger base to work from and that should be true for the Gym as well.
