Im not so good at training but here is my best trainee, please help me out and give me some tips!!! Thank you!

Good in some areas but JS, Stamina and FT worry me.

He didn't have good starting skills to start with but I snagged him from the transfer market early in the season because of his height and potential. Driving and passing is bad for player of his position so I will work on handling, driving and passing this season and next as well. In no rush to make him a contributor to my team.

I hope he will make the u21 or national team someday but I am terribly worried of his height. He does look like SF material to me, I looked at some help programs and his guard skills will be very slow to train.
