i start asking all question is due to teams has already make known of their feeling of challenging the election spot, in order to be fair to those team, question have to be asked. as you could see few threads by follow manager in SG, they have already decide to vote for STN, that would lead to disadvantage for NT, and NT decide to post his resume to challenge back, but yet seen from STN, therefore i hope this few question would bring back the balance.

To Naughty Teacher:

I get what you mean being a teacher tasking. yes, first year is always tough as report are always requested for new teacher. But i would still urge you to consider properly, making sure of your time management.

To be fair, if i'm not challenging for the u21 spot, i wont decide my vote first, i would wait till STN, get back us on what he can do for us.

Dear bro, you did great job. Above I wrote to naughty teacher also. Later I will post something to all. What I want to say if you wish to handle SG U21 u can join election. I m really welcome to you. I hope your team will be reached SBBL next season. If you not success this season also you have the chance. So for my seen you will be better than naughty teacher. I analysis already your experience and management will be better than him. If you wish you can. For me I wanna substitute for bro Bigben. If I will handle SG U21, only I can promise

Hi everybody,

I wanna say something shortly for my history and what I want to be for Singapore U21 national.

I am not Singaporean, I am Myanmar. I played this game more than 2 years already. In my life I only play 2games in online. Torncity and Buzzerbeater. I am always active in BB game. If you check in Singapore online, mostly u can see me. I bought supporter bcuz I wanna play everytime and anywhere watch my game live with mobile. What I can do you can see my history. Mostly SBBL and league II.1 managers know me my experience. That's my history.

Why I wanna handle Singapore U21 team?

Because now we don't know Bro BigBen where is he. And I really want one of the another challenge.

What I can promise, if I can handle Singapore U21 team?

First I wanna say I will try the best.

Actually I don't know about national team feature. So what I can do I don't know yet. But I hope bro Eric will help me if I can handle. Now I don't want to disturb him.

If I can handle,
! I will find rosters (age 20 & 21 only) I don't know how much can I get for our U21. But now also I try to scout with draft history.
! Depend on rosters I will start to plan formation and see the schedule and individual game plan.
! I will discuss with player owner for training plan. ( I mean all of Singapore youth talent rosters ) who wanna train SG roster.
! The rest all I don't know yet. But I am not decision selfish and I will discuss in forum or future U21 manage team with BB mail.
! If I can I will create U21 management group for our team. Now I don't want to say who will be management team.

# If anyperson who want to be join coming election, I am welcome and if I can find who I wanna vote, I will not enter election. Good luck all. If I can handle I can say I will do the best for future U21 team and my target is I wanna see so many talent rosters who will help to Singapore National team.

Nice report, it's nice to see the idea of management team part. That's what I always want sg to have.
Though there are some missing part of what u suppose to do, in your planning.

For me, I won't decide till championship finish.. My fans is looking forward to my winning of sbbl title, hopefully
I won't disappoint them..

Good luck for your championship. What I can support, I also not sure bro, still I don't know yet what I can do in U21 team. That's why. For eg. You, Xavi, Sky and some manager are good trainer. I also train 2 Singaporean. I also take advice from Eric for them. But Eric said they have no chance for SG. I understand for that meaning but still I train them. Manager must need to be balance a lot of thing... Such as financial, training, staff, formation, enthusiasm, game shape, stamina, and so on... I hope see you in next season at SBBL.

You can check my rosters in my team page, may be you will know my planning. I always choose my rosters for balance skill.

not sure may be bro BigBen team like FAT and Cheesecakee. The best looser from League II also have chance to promotion SBBL. Try the best and good luck all...

That's not a problem I think, though Ben is the creator of the database and only he can decide who can have access to that database. But I don't think it's a big concern. The most painful part is since Ben has been away for some time, the database maybe outdated and there are about 200 players there. Some updating work must be done.

:) That's why I ask you. What you want to be? You want to be help Singapore National team or you want to be manager national team? For me simple I wanna see Singapore team high rank, that's all. And them one more thing that database may be important, But that 200 rosters how many rosters will be over 21? how many rosters will be reached good skill in now? Finally if you want to be manage what is your plan? If you plan will be possible I will not join election. I don't want to see any more like this season Singapore National team happening. That's all. Pls help Singapore National team. Pls join and work together with us for SG.

Let me finish my typing plz. It may take me a whole night. But I can answer part of your question now. Among those 200 players, nearly none of them are above 21. Many of these 200 players, however, are not that good. This is part of my improvement plan which I'll explain later.
