It would be fun to see the list of the richest clubs in BB. As for this guy, I think he might have over 30 million minimum(1 million per season isn't much to make if you don't pay much salaries, regardless of arena size)

Hi all, I just restarted to BB. I've already played this game before, but not so much. I also played Hattrick for seasons competitively so I'm not very unfamiliar to BB too.

I'm going to play with only home-grown players, but add me to the list 1 year later because at the moment I don't have anyyhing special with my team :)

Anyways, I see that list of draftees but I know nothing about draft strategies in this game. So I think I need a mentor on draft strategies. Since we are all home-grown teams, drafts are like the most important moment for us so I don't want to make any mistakes this season. Anyone want to give me tips and strategies about what to do?

Draft best possible regardless of position. This will make your team better in the outcome for future training of your bb career. Which my career in bb will be untill the day I retire from work itself I still got plenty of years left such like most of the bb community are old guys in there 20+. I draft best possible because in the meantime that mean my team is going to get better I can work around with what I drafted.

- I've already hired a level 4 trainer, and since as HG teams we don't really have expenses so I was planning to hire a level 5 after I'm done with my arena. Should I wait more?

- Now I read in forums that people are generally focusing on training 2-3 young players but I am at the moment focusing on training 9 (or 6 depending on type of training) players, half of them are garbage though :) But as HG teams shouldn't we train more players than consensus do to overcome the deficit of not doing any transfers? And I guess that total value added is higher when training more positions (and players) than focusing on 2-3 although it's slower, is that right?

- I'm currently spending 20k for draft points. I'm aware that drafts are very important but I decided not to spend 40k because that's not very efficient. Are you sure that I should spend 40k/week for draft points?

Hi, it's me again :) If you (or other HG team owners) don't mind I have 2 questions:

- What happens if I win my division and if I am going to have less winning percentage than the second team of the other division? Which team will have better position in the draft? Should I tank until I drop to second position in my division?

- I did scouting combine and group demonstration, and then decided that I want to draft 3 SFs. Thus, I ordered players like that: http://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/636920/418f4a1550d...

I feel like I properly ordered the list but what's next? How to spend remaining points when I recieve them?
