Clearly a good few weeks for you, but not really helpful until you see a second pop from these guys. You going to continue to train these areas for the next few weeks? If so, could be very helpful data...

after a few months i doubt that it is important how many players you train. as long as you play them in the right position and minutes they get the training. still it is impossible to figure out a few things. i have a sg mvp at age of 20 and he cant pop in either OD or OS in separate trainings.

Just wondering Juice. You have any thoughts on this?

Do you think that training 2 positions e.g PG/SG, equates to exactly half as much training per person as one position (PG).

Or do you think you get more overall training points (shall we say) if you train more postions to be shared out.

I'd be interested in this as it could well mean that it's a lot better to just train 1 position (if you can minute manage that is)

I really don't know, but I'd be surprised if you got more overall training from 2 positions than one.

I would argue that if you manage your minutes correctly, training two positions could provide more total value than training one position, if the information in the first post of this thread is correct. Let's use passing as an example and pretend you manage your minutes perfectly, assuming a three game week and each player plays exactly 48 minutes.

Training PG takes 1-2 weeks per pop. If we call that 1.5 weeks, this means that training passing for PG results in .67 pops per trainee. Three trainees would thus get 2 pops

Training PG/SG takes 2-3 weeks per pop. If we call that 2.5 weeks, this means that training passing for PG/SG results in .40 pops per trainee. Six trainees would thus get 2.4 pops.
