I am not following well these days 'cause of some real world issues and I am just putting in the lineup... I played wrong and you deserved to win, btw I lost 3 games in a row point to point... I guess I can say I am not having such a good luck

Ahh hope things improve. My interest comes and goes. My main interest recently has been training for u21s haven't cared much about winning.

Hope things improve for you mate, whatever they are, and Buzzerbeater can be that little getaway from real life worries... just as it is for many of us, I'm sure

My sentiments are like the above two.

On a personal note I have no clue what I am doing. All I do is train every day and lay low and live what many would consider a lonely life. But buzzerbeater makes some days a little more interesting such as tuesday, saturday, friday, thursday and going through the transfer market is a good way to kill time if you need to.

I hope the game stays familiar, change of ownership is always worrisome

Like Aussie, I feel like I’m permanently stuck between trying to win and enjoying the training side of the game. It’s a tough balance, one I haven’t even got close to mastering but I enjoy trying to do it as well as possible while developing the young players. That’ll just make for another tough season though.

As for the management, I’m sure we’re all somewhat holding our breath but if nothing else, it will create discussion and care for the game which will be a good thing in the long run I think.

I really don’t know who will win the cup and ABBL this year so good luck to all!

And honestly absolutely nothing wrong with that whatsoever. There are lots of days where I simply have nothing on and no live sport to watch, so this really fills the void and I treat it like my personal passion - a side project. Like you said, it just makes a bland, regular day more exciting and I love scrolling through the transfer market too

Just feels great to have a game that is not something I play for a burst of time and get bored of, but rather something that evolves with me as I get older.

The change of ownership is also making me a little weary, but honestly, if the core of the game stays the same, which is a slow-paced game which flows alongside with personal life and is not pay-to-win, but with some upgrades, I'd be very happy.

I understand that some design aspects, amongst other things, require a facelift to attact new players (even though I like the current familiar, simple design), but if the fundamentals of the game do not change and the player base experiences a big growth, it'll only be a good thing. So overall I am quietly optimistic about the new ownership.

That's the beauty of this game haha, there's truly no real right or wrong way of playing it. I guess the long-term upside of training young players is much greater than trying to strictly chase short- or medium-term success, so I respect everyone who manages to balance the two.

Best of luck to everyone!

I don't think having to choose between the two is a good thing, but it is BuzzerBeater.
I would love to earn money training players while still being able to compete for the trophies and it is the thing I miss the most from being in lower divisions.

I do take small enjoyments if I am able to pick up a 24-26 year old that I can add a few pops to and gain some value before deciding not to tell and just keep them for life xD
