Seems like another competitive season in the works for III.1! Smallfries suprised Waterloo but he still promoted, but we got a bona fide vet in Njords Harkarl coming down from 2. If he retains most of that roster he's definitely the team to beat. Other vets in here that include U21 Coach Ant and some new blood from 4! Looking from BM this is what holds...

5 Teams in Great 8 Hold 300k + Salary, stark contrast compared to Big 8, who only hold 3 teams above 300k.

Great 8 teams pose more balanced and closer team salaries to each other than in the Big 8, where the difference between 4th place Mountain Eagles (291k) and 5th place Bonham Bricklayers (194k) definitely pose a gap in strength of the conference.

We'll see which of the new squads build up, as the Big 8 seems to be a 1 man race while others are building up their war chest, while Great 8 could be anyone's game. Except for maybe LA Lords who got the highest average salary of $25,213

Hey all!! Going to be a fun season. Most of this season for me will be focused on U21 Worlds competition along with training some younger guys so I probably wont be too competitive towards the top but we will see. Good luck to all this season!
