Hi everyone!
First of all I'd like to thank you all for voting me as your next NT manager.
The first season won't be easy. We are currently ranked 87th in the world and our group consists of:
Malta - 70th
Belarus - 60th
Slovensko - 48th
Hungary - 33rd
Portugal - 24th
Israel - 17th
Finland - 3rd
I'll do my best and hopefully we can steal a win or two.

In terms of the NT in general.
1. Our main problems are that we obviously lack quality.
2. Our current generation really lacks defence, both our outside and inside players have way too low defence.
3. There seems to be a gap now between generations. Our current roster is mostly made up of 29 or 30+ year olds. However there don't seem to be much of strong players coming up in the next 3-4 seasons. The next few bright young guys are just 21-23 year olds now so there is a long way to go until we have a new crop of great players in our NT.

Training for the future
Regarding our future NT stars. If you have any MVPs or HoFs and need advice on how to train them or just what skills you should focus on next etc. Please don't hesitate to contact me for advice. Not that I'm the best trainer in the world but I think I've gotten a good grasp on it these past seasons. How to best utilize the elastic effect and so one.
I've also hounded some great trainers on discord who have trained some great talents and I can always ask them for advice if needed.
I will write a general "description" of the skill points we should be looking for so it shows on the profiles on Icelandic players (when I learn how to do that). I'll also write a seperate forum post on it later.
