After winning the third league championship, the Ljubljana Hawks faced a challenging debut in the second league, finishing last in season 65. However, the team is ready to bounce back, with a focus on development, investment, and achieving new milestones season 66.
The Hawks are prioritizing player development, aiming to build a stronger, more cohesive squad capable of competing at higher levels. "We learned a lot from last season, and we’re committed to improving," said Coach Prepelič.
The club is also making key infrastructure investments, including upgrading training facilities to support player growth and long-term success. "These improvements are crucial to our future," said the club president.
Looking ahead, the team has set ambitious goals: qualifying for the second league playoffs and competing for top spots in the Slovenian Cup. "We believe in our team’s potential and are ready to take on the challenges ahead," added Orfeas Liontos.
