The Detroit Destiny organization is pleased to announce the induction of American forward Shawn "Shawny" Whitfield to the organization's hall of fame.
Whitfield, who becomes the second hall of famer inductee in franchise history, is the first homegrown player to ever break into the Detroit Destiny first team, and is in the franchise all-time top-3 in most career games, most points scored, and most career assists.
