Rookie Stars Impress in Pre-Season Scrimmage!
Rookie star, Tom 'The Sniper' Seiser, didn't disappoint fans in his first showing as a Serpent. Given a starting role at the Small Forward position, Seiser seized the opportunity to demonstrate why he has been touted as a crucial piece of the Serpent's future. With 50% from the floor, 22pts and 12 rebounds, including 5 steals, Seiser looked like an experienced player rather than a 19 year-old rookie. Team mate, and new recruit, 19 year-old Bould, playing at PG, also played well scoring 13 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds in his starting role as Point Guard.
Second-year player, and franchise player, 7'3" PJ 'The Giant' Hunter, signaled to Serpent admin, and the league that, that he is coming into his own with an impressive 20-point, 12-rebound performance.
