I have noticed some teams in Utopia with several poor players and one superstar in national team.

Have you noticed?

It seems some players uses Utopia teams to train national players?

Example:

Is BB going to do something about this?

Can you clarify your concern with this? Do you think this creates an unequal playing field?

If players are doing this they will likely be stuck down in the lower levels, so those looking for a genuinely competitive competition will still get it up in the higher levels I would assume. It's not really a lot different to in primary sides, people can either choose to chase titles or choose to chase National glory.

Well, yeah, but quite a few people are doing the same in "normal" leagues.
As long as it doesn't break the rules, you can do what you want with your team.

Doesnt seems fair and moreover, doesnt seems realistic.

All measures in game are focus in realistic basket, this is not real.

Yes it's not realistic, but limiting this possibility will result in many players dropping utopian teams altogether, and this means less cash to an already unprofitable game...
The only option I guess would be making competing in utopia more appealing, somehow.

if we are talking strictly about national team play, real world too is unrealistic.

until 1984 you had non proffesionals in the olympics. now 1 team has total salaries of all other countries combined. as long as players cannot control where they want to go, just like free agencyin nba or european leagues, you cannot complain abiut low ranked club's ability to retain superstars.

and at least for u21, i find it realistc. many clubs , even in lower league, hold on to a player until he hits 21 to sell him off as a young star, rather than sell him off as a junior/cadet. why would Luka Doncic ever play in his non naitive country for a fraction of what he would make in the states.

otherwise imagine how countries would feel if you could nationalize players, granted they would never be top 30 nt player but they would be a superduperstar on some underdeveloped countries

i think it works as is. this games does not need to mimic real life. i think that gives it alot of charm.
