This nonsense has Marin written all over it... It's totally inadequate!

I mean if BBs really feel that this is how they want to approach the issue with short rosters - so be it, but after those 37+ mins on court keep the player ON COURT, just treat him as a luck fan, with all skills at 1. DO NOT TAKE HIM OUT. It totally ruins training, as discussed thoroughly in other threads.

I mean IRL there's nothing that could stop me from playing my grandpa on my team and keeping him on court for the whole game + 5 OTs if need be. How will he perform? He will probably spend most of the game on a portable chair near the logo BUT HE WILL BE ON COURT!

This garbage implementation is the definition of how problems SHOULD NOT BE SOLVED. It half-solves a current problem and at the same time opens up another, new problem - with training 27+ players. Now there are propositions to solve the new problem by reducing training minutes to 40. This provisional half-solution will, in turn, open up other related problems. It's plain ridiculous.

The short roster issue should be countered by reducing game shape and increasing stamina decay significantly. This way short rosters will be crippled heavily, not only for some 7-8 minutes at the end of the game but during the whole game, the whole week even and training will remain intact. That's how you solve a problem, not by implementing this cr@p and start fixing it already right after the announcement...
