+/- is not the same stat as efficiency.

In order to calculate +/- for a player you set the score to 0-0 when he enters the floor and you count how much the score changes during his play time. For example if he gets in while his team is losing 30-22 and when he goes to the bench score is 33-34 his +/- is +9.

Yes its coincidence.

The fact +/- in this game was 93 for everyone except the guy that played 47 minutes while point differential was 93 explains my earlier point about how to calculate +/-.

Just to clarify each player's efficiency(PTS + REB + AST + STL + BLK − Missed FG − Missed FT - TO) you presented is 55 for Deutsch and 37 for Schoon.
