Olympique Lagoza has fired coach Hans-Hubert Hosenstall.
Utopia media sources first reported the news Saturday evening, which was later confirmed through a team release. Assistant coach Sean Swashbuckler, son of Steve Swashbuckler, will take over on an interim basis and becomes the youngest head coach in the league at 25 years old.
Hosenstall took over in Lagoza before season 43 following three seasons with the J-Town Jerks, where he went 55-11 and made the playoffs each season. Hosenstall finished with a 26-16 record overall in Lagoza, including a 15-5 mark this season.
"We would like to thank Hans-Hubert for his efforts and wish him all the best," OL owner Jorge Clayton said in a statement. "These decisions are never easy to make, but we felt them necessary to move our organization forward."
