Can anyone of you overtrain your trainee(s)? I mean using Buzzer-Manager to estimate whether the player was trained to 100% of his potential, and then you keep training him to get more pops.

I have a trainee (35668242), TSP is 99 at the age of 23. Buzzer-Manager estimated he's trained to about 88%~98% of his potential. I am thinking of overtrain him. Can this happen in BB? If not going to happen, then I will start training other young guns next season.

If it's possible, I will keep training him for some pops. Maybe I know which attribute(s) would be easier to train over its potential? Passing or driving?

Yes you can overtrain players, I have a Center that was at 100% according to buzzer-manager and got him a pop in IS (he's got superstar potential but 138k salary and now 63 inside skills). It's just terribly slow.

I'd only overtrain if you got a free training slot and are not planning to get a new trainee, and it doesn't hurt your game performance. Otherwise it's not worth it IMO unless you really want a NT player (which doesn't seem like the case at allstar).

Noted with thanks for all the above advice.

Next season, the player will be 24. Having trained for guard's skills in the previous seasons, hope to "squeeze" some big men's skills (ID/IS/Reb/Blk) to him before getting to 100%.
