In order to win the title, I tried to build a full roster of 10 good players able to play a DII league game. The exhaustion mechanism will be fully effective during play-off games ?
I think my league opponent will have a starting 5 matching my starters but my bench will be deeper and stronger (thats what she said).

Do you think its a good decision do do that instead of improving my starters ? Shall we use a rotation of 10 or it will still ok to use a rotation of 7-8 players ?

Yes, unless there is another change.

I think a rotation of 7-8 players will still be good. Especially of 8. The usual rotation of 6 players will be propably problematic.

Yes I think the same.
And maybe the use of a fixed rotation would be more problematic than "Let the coach decide" or "Free rotation", because in a fixed rotation, players will play more than 35 min in very close games, even if they are exhausted and their performance drop dramatically.

I also think that maybe we could use a roster of 8 in PO, but put one of two player as reservists just in case of exhaustion of starters and bench...

You still have two weeks to test the effect on ratings, player performance etc in you privateleague-games.

The answer to your question is also depending on players and their age/stamina of your playoff-opponents

Yeah stamina is really the thing to keep track of. Having a deep bench would be good if your starters all have low stamina... If you have great stamina on your key players, you might not need as deep of a bench.

I think playing faster tactics might deplete your players stamina faster, so that's another thing to keep in mind if you are running a shallow lineup
