Thanks, buddy.

I was wondering if Carter's injury really affected your game plan that much since my squad was able to contain him to 13 pts in our previous game.
Don't worry you will get the rematch sometime next season.

Dude, after barely beating you by 7 points at my home with the same enthusiasm, I had to make sure I didn't waste a 21-1 season on holding back for the finals, when I haven't got there yet, imagine had I lost cause of that?
of course, I have to show some respect, like I said at the start of the season, I had your squad picked to come out of the Big 8, luckily I was able to defend my title.

If our previous match had ended like our first of the season with my squad winning by 30 pts or so, oh yeah a different story, or had I known you were going to play me differently, I would have played you Playoff Normal.

Maybe next time send me an email letting me know ...JK!

PS. when wishing the other side good luck remember if you only wish me good luck if I win I get out of your way

Ok, Everyone we are mins away from tip off, for today's schedule games.

We have two relegations games going, Vietnam Vets and Dark Matter taking their shows on the road to avoid relegation
hard to win on the road, and against the two times defending MVP of the league to make things harder, none the less best of luck....

Then we have the first game of the Finals as the main game of the night,
Deportivo Saprissa hosting Dallas Rhythm go early in the season beat D.S.,
making it look easy, so this one can go either way.

Personally I'm hoping my squad is able to force Paris Palavos in to taking
more shots that he did in the previous game, but making less of them....

Let's hope this game goes without any injuries, so we can enjoy it better.

Now, LET'S GET READY TO RUMMMMMMBLEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!

Dark Matter almost made it into a Dark Day for Balls 0f Steel....behind at halftime our cagers were able to pull away on the strength of free throws, and perhaps some exhaustion on the part of Dark Matters players.

So Steel is back for another season in III.10

Now I just need to figure out how to win without losing money!

some interesting notes from my game with Dark Matter

difference was my team made 29-33 free throws while Dark Matter only made 10-14.
also my team blocked 13 shots, while Dark Matter blocked ZERO of my shots.
has any ever seen a game with zero blocked shots by a team?

The final score does not indicate how close the game was. It was not until 6 minutes left that I got a double digit lead. and not until 3 minutes left that the outcome was not in doubt.

Dark Matter stayed in the game by making 13 from downtown, while Balls of Steel only made 3 from behind the arc. Guess that is what happens when one plays Look Inside!

Alright!, the long an anticipated Game one of the Finals is in the books, it appears what Deportivo Saprissa needed was some good old fashion home cooking to get their first victory of the season over Dallas Rhythm.

The game started at fast pace and stayed that way for much of the first half, but at the start of the second half viewers bare witness to why these two teams are facing each other in the finals as they both displayed some serious locked down defense with both barely scoring 14 pts each, and wearing down both teams starting 5, but in the final quarter D.S. bench proved to be deep enough to hang on to the victory.

Now we all travel to House of Blues Arena, for game two were Dallas Rhythm will try to get some home cooking of their own going to even the series in hopes of a game three where winner takes all.

While D.S. will try to shut the door on Dallas Rhythm and close out the series, to avoid give their opponent life.

Ps. I have to admit I was surprised that Paris Palavos only took 11 shots in this game, which I have to say it was a bit comforting....

I did tell you guys that the best team out the relegation group for the Big 8 was Dark Matter, unfortunately at the time D.K. was pairing with petersburg, but for the other team D.K could be trouble.

My team a lot times don't get a single blocked shot in a game is not that unusual to be honest.

Congrats! on your win.

As always defense goes unappreciated

In my opinion a qualification for MVP, should be the team making the post season.

I don't have a horse in the race but I still feel that way, kinda think of it, I have no horse in
any race literally none of my players did anything to standout at all!!

That's the sign of a well-balanced team!

Looks like the league's two $100k+ big men got top MVP honors. Not fun having to face them twice a season

You don't have to tell me, I'm glad I avoided all of them in the postseason.

I think Petersburg's big should be the MVP this season, as good as Chicago's.

Making room for anticipated crop of Guards, Balls of Steel today cut Ismael Longoria from the team. Longoria purchased after the last several trainees were sold and has been a solid starter and backup for the last 4 seasaons. Bought at a steal for $2,000, Longoria has proven his worth.

Team manager said, "Longoria's skill set is as good as it has been, however the younger guys have really improved this season and are now ready to make this their team for the next several years.

Rafail Rocco is in contract discussions, and if favorable terms are not reached Rocco could be cut. Rocco has been described as an excellent DIV post player, however recent player additions has made Rocco more of a luxury than a must have.
His future could be determined players added from the draft.
