Even though your intention is realism, I think the color of the skin is a very sensitive topic for historical reasons, people may feel bad about it, and very easily it could even lead to political discussions which are not allowed in this game.I don´t know how does BB deal with player faces, but I guess it´s pretty far from a realistic approach. And you don´t have to focus on the color of the face, just take a look to the color of the eyes!
Yes it will be fixed in the future. BB will eventually add orange and green men to the game as well, a gm said so.
