Do you have then just basic Doc and PR? I just changed mine few weeks ago, have superior and paying 16k for each,

i don't think doc is really needed until you get an injury you can save some cash, the PR if you are coming off from a bad season or if you are yo-yoing in your performance can be very useful under 20k salary and lvl 5+

About doc, I would always have minimum advance and use massage. Because that prevents injuries a little, in my opinion. But change regularly as the salary raise.

The PR depends on how the club is. For small areas or money, I would have advanced or basic. But at least in my opinion, it has been important no matter where my club is. So I always have advanced and if things are a better surprise.
