I think that amount of bleachers is overkill. I find that you have to lower the price quite a bit to consistently sell beyond 15k bleachers, and that amount won't net you more revenue than if you sold less seats at a higher price. Due to the attendance soft cap, it appears as if there is some sort of an equilibrium which you will hit.
There's a team in my league (whose performance this season isn't too far off from mine) with 22k bleachers. And in order to consistently sell 16k-17k bleachers, his tickets are priced at $10 each. I sell mine at $15 each, and after the price change my bleachers were around the 13k mark. 13k seats at $15 a seat gives you around 190k in revenue while 17k seats at $10 just gives you 170k. So you basically wasted 400k building seats you don't need to fill.
Personally I'd advice people to go for the traditional 15000, 5000, 500, 50 route because it's probably the safest seat ratio, but I'm wondering if a 14000, 6000, 500, 50 ratio would be better. Seems like you don't have to drop your prices too much to sell another 1k lower tiers, and if an extra 1k fans are filling up the lower tiers, you won't need that many bleachers. This was actually inspired by one of the top teams in my league (who recently went bot), and made me build an extra 1k lower tiers to my arena when I haven't built anything since my third season
seems to be working fine for me tho.
I think your points are fair. The prices I am suggesting work better when you are consistently performing well at an elite level, both nationally and internationally. Otherwise, I think your points are accurate.
