Fully Home-Grown in Season 69/70

Dear Swan River Serpent fans, it is after much consideration and deliberation that a decision has been made to turn this great club into a 100% Home-Grown (HG) Team. The preparation has already begun.
We anticipate that we will have a large enough HG roster to compete in Season 69, or Season 70. While this will take time to prepare, we ask fans to continue to support this great team.
Sadly, this means several players currently on the roster will be playing their last season with the Serpents. Two of these, both 19yr old U21 NT prospects (Molteni & Boyuan), have agreed to being sold at the end of this season to enable the club a strong financial start to running a HG team. We thank them both in advance for their decisions and service.
We would also like to thank Andrew Gatis who is leaving our club this week. He has been an excellent trainee and will no doubt bring great success to his new club.
