Hey guys mula nung season 20 nag try ako na all Fiipino players ang nasa team ko. At ngayun na promote ako ng hindi gumagamit ng import but now ang hirap maghanap na maghanap ng Fil players na competitive na pasok sa budget so sa mga may alam jan na players sabihin niyo po sa akin.Thanks :D

It's a bit sad to lose a player that you have drafted and trained, and was a reliable part of your rotation for 11 seasons... I guess it was just inevitable if I am dreaming of making it big into the Premier League..

Tama un sir.. actually I studied ung mga ginagawa ng mga managers nung malalakas na team and one of those was they bought and sold players like there's no tomorrow.

And actually ginawa ko un and nag increase ung transactions ko nung 2012 compared to 2009-2011.

And ndi naman talaga ako emotional sa pagbenta ng mga players ko, dahil if naisip ko na kailangang magbenta, benta agad,.. its just talagang medyo nakakalungkot lang na magbebenta ka ng player na 11 seasons mo na kasama..

There's nothing wrong to have emotion, just don't let it affect your decisions. =)
