Nevertheless slow paced offenses take a bigger advantage of decent passing skills. So I would recommend Motion over Run´n´Gun, Patient/ Princeton over Push the Ball, possibly Low Post over Look Inside. Slow offenses tend to use the passing skills more frequently to get the best shooting option, whereas fast offenses tend to take the first shot available.

I personally think princeton or motion when I hear passing. I would want up-tempo pace. If you think about your entire team that can pass and how it would work in real life.

Rebound -> outlet -> halfcourt -> layup

That would be taking advantage of the defense because the ball moves faster when passed. Allowing the defense to set up wouldn't hurt you, but the advantage comes from transition offense and lots of movement.

Best of luck.

There are very few, if any, fastbreaks in BB. So a good passing team is usually better off slowing it down and looking for the open shot in a half-court setting.

In my opinion, a strong passing team in this game doesn't necessarily need an world-class point guard, merely a good one that can pass the ball well. The key is having good passing skills in the shooting guard and small forward also, and it's usually a good idea for the power forward and even the centre to have some passing to avoid turnovers. Your offence of choice usually depends on whether your guards or your bigs are your strongest offensive players, but you'll want a neutral or slow paced offence (unless look inside because one does not simply beat look inside).

Like Manon said, all the offenses work better with high passing. I think you should continue along this road but use the other skills of your players to help you choose your best offense. If you are guard heavy with great shooters, something outside will work best. If you have high IS and DR from a lot of your players, LI or LP will work best.

Glad to hear you're trying to create a passing team.

I've tried before, by training the whole team with passing. However, I felt very frustrating after balancing their playing time in each game, but end up no pop up. As a result, I gave up after several weeks.

Another parameter is the age. Training the whole team could be a wise option if and only if your players are young. Your team has 7 players younger than 23 yo.

I'd say: Go for it!

If you want to train several players, I would say 3 is the highest you should go for single-position training, and depending on their skills and roles in your offense, 4-6 players is the highest you should train in 2-position training. Trying to train more than that becomes extremely slow, and you end up losing money and time in the process.

Thank you for your opinions guys! I appreciated it too much.

But let me share to you my previous intake about this.
I prefer Fast pace because of this opinions..

First, the fast pace offense. I prefer this because in my own opinion, it would mean a chance for a fastbreak and also I have the idea that as I have good passing team, they would take more quality shots and according to the GE, the shots you take in the past affects your current shots. So because of past face offence I would take more quality shots than a slow pace and it would make my current shots have a bigger chance of going in.

While in a slow pace, I have the feeling that they may overpass and kill my advantage in passing. Bcoz I believe in slow pace, they will really not take a good shot in the early shot clock, isn't it?

Not too many fastbreaks happen in the current Game Engine.

It all depends on the strengths and weaknesses of your team, and that of your opponents' team.

If there isn't a good shot/there are poor passers on the team, then players may overpass. On the other hand, if there is decent passing at all positions, then the offensive flow is better, and more quality shots are taken.

Sometimes in slow paced offenses, shots are taken early or in the middle of the shot clock. The ball isn't always passed around and dribbled until the clock starts running down. Like I said earlier, it depends on the strengths and weaknesses of your opponent.
