I have nothing against Steve Kerr, but

As a Suns fan, I can say I do. In my mind, Steve Kerr did nothing productive at all for the Suns organization during his time as GM; everything that comes to mind of his doing was an utter disaster. I wish the Warriors good luck but I highly doubt he'll do a better job than Mark Jackson.

Rumor has it, the owner and he didn't get along. Mark Johnson is allegedly highly religious and the owner of Warriors is a homosexual. That being said. I don't think Mark Jackson deserved to get fired. On the flipside, I'd love to get a 25 million dollar , 5 year contract with ZERO experience coaching a team. Cause we've all seen how well those broadcasters do as coaches....
That said, I'd like to see, Mark Jackson coach the Wolves, if Kevin Love stays.

Didn't know about the owner being gay. But which one is it? There are two of them with Guber and Lacob. But besides that there is no way Jackson has to debate the sexual orientation with his employer. Knowing that it takes away something of my frustation about firing one of the most successful coaches in Warriors history. But hiring Kerr wasn't a good idea imo. I don't think he can help the team to move forward. Probably we've just crossed the peak of the development and will disappear in no-man's-land again.
Hope, the players will stay together.

I also heard rumors of some players complaining about Jackson favoritism towards Curry and other players, don't know how true that is because it came from some random interview with some random broadcaster.. But I also think it's a shame, the warriors did great this year..

Favoritism? That would be a dumb thing to complain about. Curry is their best player, that is why he is favored. Anyone who was complaining about that is dumb. Favoritism is part of basketball. That is why there are starters, rotation players, and bench riders.

I think David Lee is the best player for golden state. I think mark jackson was changing the team to much that why he got fired. It angered the owner. He spent a lot of money for lee and bogut and a few others// I would be mad as well, might would have fired him too at the end of the day. Curry is a awesome player but I don't think he worth losing other talented player revenue value for. Its just a sad thing going on there.. It reminds me of the piston old coach, almost 60 wins in a season and still fired.

I think kerr was a shooter and Golden state is a shooting team almost. Perfect fit.

Not to disagree wit your point, but I think favoritism is bad karma when the owner has spent million for other players and the coach pull them away from the proper roles they are paid to play in. Sometime the owner decide who is the team leader.

Your argument is invalid because David Lee, 1. Is not their best player and 2. Was their starting PF who played a crap ton of minutes along with Curry. Bogut also played a lot of minutes for a constantly injured big man until he completely destroyed his body for the season. What player did Mark Jackson not play in their proper role?

Yeah, you are right. Can't believe what I read above.
DLee is a very important piece for GSW for sure, but for me the best and most important player on this roster is Steph. Especially there is no real backup for him. The best PG after Steph imo is Iggy, but that creates another issue on SF. Last year there would have been an easy replacement by Barnes. But for me he was a real disappointment this season.
Of course, it's nothing to worry about, because he is still a very young talented player that had some trouble with injuries and maybe his new role with Iggy joining the team last year.
For Lee there were more alternatives and he still got almost 35 minutes per game. Bogut was struggling with injuries all season long. I think he will always be limited with playing time due to his injury history for the rest of his career.
So there must have been another reason for firing Jackson or the owner doesn't have the slightest idea whats going on in his club.
