If has 30 mins 1st game,2nd game use him again as starter and backup a mediocre player,so he will receive 30-40 mins and you are done (a good player if he plays 2 times as starter is enough to receive these minutes 65-70)

But if he gets again 30 mins so 60 mins total so the last game if you put him reserve he will have 65-70 for sure but no reason to do it because 60 mins also are very good

Issue is the second game as a reserve, he will likely get ~20 minutes assuming garbage minutes. So you end up with 80 min which is no good

You said he has 30 mins first game,so 2nd game as starter another 30-40 mins...dont use him 3rd game and thats it...
At the third game players that have 15-20 mins you put them full match starter,backup,reserve and you solve also this issue

I quite agree with what you say about the minute management in this game but apparently veteran users are in love with this bizarre system and are not willing to change it unless they step over their bloody corpses after a hard fight. camp battle.
