Ich habe zwar keine exakten Daten fuer eine Auswertung gesammelt, aber vom Gefuehl her hat bei mir die Qualitaet des Arztes keine Auswirkung auf meinen Krankenstand gehabt. Habe daher ebenfalls seit Jahren nur noch die Billigloesung. Den kann ich dann auch guten Gewissens feuern, wenn mal wieder eine solche Orgie wie gerade losbricht.

Ich bin derselben Auffassung. Lasst uns die II.2 zu eine Doc-freien Liga machen, wenn die Typen nur Geld kassieren und nichts leisten. Ein arbeitgeberseitiger Streik, auch mal was neues.

Du meinst nen Aufstand gg die Zwangsverpflichtung von staff?
Selbst die 2000$ Anfangsgehalt sind mir noch zu viel, die Progression sowieso.
Da haette ich gern etwas mehr Bezug zur Realitaet, wenn ich einen Arbeitnehmer feuer, steht ja am naechsten Tag auch nicht einfach ploetzlich ein neuer da, ohne dass ich den bewusst eingestellt habe. Kein Wunder, dass mein Grossprojekt Arbeitsplatzabbau im staff seit Jahren ins Leere laeuft.
