Hi MrJ
Because I also have a question about training speed, I came across your (still very new) post.
You posted the following overview:
REGARDING OUTSIDE DEFENSE Training:
Training types Coeffs:
Coach Assistant Coeff:
1. minimal 0.88
2. basic 0.91
3. competent 0.94
4. advanced 0.97
5. superior 1.0
6. exceptional 1.03
7. world-renowned 1.06
My question: Are these coefficients generally valid comparison values between the different trainer levels, or does this only apply to the training type mentioned? That would be crazy if a world-renowned trainer were only about 20% better than a minimal coach.
Or was this overview not about the quality of the head coaches at all, but about something else?
In any case, I'm looking for an overview that shows how much impact the trainer levels have on training speed. I have to decide whether to get a new coach or expand the arena instead.
If you (or anyone else) have more information on this topic, I would be very grateful!
Thank you very much!
Hi there, SHKELZEN.
These are simply the value the various levels of coaches provide regardless of the type of training.
I have a level 6 coach at present and am getting an average of 14 pops per season doing 2-position, which I'm happy with. I would expect greater training in a season or so when I switch to single-position training.
So, a level 6 coach is giving me slightly greater than 1.0 over the season.
I still hope to secure a level 7 coach when the price falls within the range im willing to spend.
