Every group has “that guy”

In this league I thought Shikago was "that guy"... I guess there are multiple qualifications lol

As often against your team, my guys fell asleep before the end of the game. :D

I got the brutal back to back of Lethargy and then an NBBA cup opponent. Seems a bit early for at D2 and D1 matchup, but oh well. What can you do? It was either play my backups versus Lethargy and save my starters for the Cup (hoping I get his backups), kill my enthusiasm, kill my game shape, or kill both. I chose the long view. Hopefully taking a guaranteed home loss doesn't kill my revenue or come back to bite me later.

This is why we get paid the big bucks.

This season... has been far more challenging than last... Better teams. More nuance. I like it.

Hey Boys and Girls,

When blanking bigs, wasting a normal, and playing the #1 team in your conference,
Always make sure to not Follow Depth Chart and Let Coach Decide.

Ha, Big Gulp CT'd me in an out of conference non-TV game, at home! Wonder if this was a grudge match carrying back to their former team, or if there's some sort of bizarre logic to it? Tar Team was likely cruising to the finals anyway, but now they're almost a lock!

Maybe it works out then. It'll be fun to watch (no sarcasm). Since I don't remember ever seeing a team of your caliber in D2 or higher try that strategy before.

Typically CTing is such a terrible long term play that it rarely makes sense, and rarely happens. (plus there's literally nothing less valuable than a random out of conference game). That's why I initially laughed. But now I'm intrigued slightly! Thanks for the reply.

To your last point though, wouldn't you benefit much more from a Big 8 team like the CC Mavs winning the finals & being out of your way for future seasons? One problem with your strategy is that it dropped the odds of that happening way down.

Do not go too fast. As long as you're here, I won't be sure of reaching the finals. In previous seasons, you often made the #1 cry. I must admit that I don't understand how you manage to obtain such good results considering the salaries of your players, but I congratulate you.

Merry Christmas to everyone!

He is a master mind. His team held my team down to get 6 points in the 4th quarter. Scratching my head I only see that when playing a computer and 5k salaries.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to All.
